Only two blocks from the Drury is the swankiest hotel in Cleveland and favorite hidden gem.

Happy Hour 2-6pm Friday and Saturday

The Fidelity is another wonderful option for attendees looking for a quiet place to relax and start building relationships. Here is a lounge made for Queens - floral theme, curated local art, and European furniture.

When you come to a new city, you want a secret hideaway to meet up with your people so you can get to know each other. This is that place. No sifting and searching required.

FAQs

  • The conference is designed to connect women entrepreneurs who are over 50. It’s a guideline. If you are a women with an established business, please join the fun.

    The in-person conference welcomes women, women who identify as women, and nonbinary.

    The virtual summit welcomes people who support women business owners.

  • It’s both.

    You can choose to be one of the 40 participants who attends the event live at the Drury Plaza hotel in downtown Cleveland, Ohio;

    OR

    you can choose to attend the virtual summit which will be live-streamed from the hotel from 10am to 4pm EST on Sat Oct 17th.

  • No. The ticket price is for the event only. Hotel and transportation are not included. This allows everyone to decide how they want to handle their situation, and keeps me out of the hotel business.

    We have a block of rooms reserved for the event at the Drury at a special rate.

    There are rooms and suites that can be shared with up to 5 guests.

  • The promo video is a way to start networking after you register for the event.

    You fill out a form and send your name, title, business category, 30 second video, and QR code link to your website or scheduling page. (Detailed steps in the form.)

    I take the pieces and create a 1 minute promo video and upload it to the Connected Queens Conference YouTube channel.

    The video is added to a searchable directory. Find connections and meet new business partners months before the conference.

    The promo video is included in the price of the live conference, and available as an add-on for $9 with the price of the virtual summit.

  • No. Local attendees can commute for the event or choose to stay at another hotel.

    Note that only lunch and dinner on Saturday are included with the ticket price. The Drury has an excellent breakfast buffet. If you stay in the hotel, breakfast is included in your room rate.

    Valet (with in/out privileges) is $25 per day at the Drury. There are also parking garages close to the hotel.

  • For attendees staying at the Drury, breakfast on Saturday and Sunday is included in their room rate.

    For attendees, not staying at the Drury, lunch and dinner Saturday are included with the event ticket price.

    Each speaker is paid for their presentation, including meals and accommodations, and is invited to be my guest at the conference the following year.
