All events take place in the hotel ballroom located on the first floor across from the breakfast lounge off the main lobby.

Friday night networking: 7-9pm
Saturday speaker presentations: 8:30am - 4pm
Sunday morning mastermind: 9am-11am

Thurs, Oct 15th:
Arrive at the hotel, 3pm check-in.
Text Atlantis when you land so we can make plans to meet and eat.

Fri, Oct 16th:
7am -8:30am -
Breakfast served in the hotel lounge

8:30am - 3:30pm -
Free time in Cleveland. You’re close to the Rock Hall, Science Center, and waterfront. Also a short uber away from the museum district and historic cemetery. If you like thrifting, let me know. I have two great places that are vintage collectives. Lots of options.

3:30pm -
Meet in the ballroom for a tech check to make sure your laptop works with the screen and projector. 

4:30 - Walk to dinner at Fidelity Hotel a few blocks away.

5pm - Dinner reservation at the Fidelity. 

6:45pm - walk back to hotel 

7-9pm Friday Night Networking event 

9pm - Done for the day. Rest. 

Sat, Oct 17th:
7am - 8:30am -
Breakfast served in the hotel lounge

*7:30am - 8am Brian (videographer) does sound check

8:30am - 4pm Speaker Presentations and lunch (Noon to 2pm)
8:30am - Atlantis opens conference and welcomes everyone
9am - Speaker 1
10am - Speaker 2
11am - Speaker 3
Noon to 2pm - lunch, vendor shopping, and networking
2pm - Speaker 4
3pm - Speaker 5

4pm - 5pm Vendors final hour before cleanup and departure

5:30 pm - Meetup in lobby and walk to Blue Agave on E. 4th

6pm Dinner reservations at Blue Agave Mexican

After dinner - drinks at Society Lounge and rest

Sun, Oct 18th:
7am -8:30am -
Breakfast served in the hotel lounge

8:30am - Meet in the Drury Plaza ballroom

9am -11am Speaker Mastermind and Live Coaching

11am - Final hour of networking

Noon - Conference closes. See you next year! :)

Speaker Presentations:

• Plan on your presentation being 30 minutes long with 15 min audience Q&A.

• There is 15 minutes between speakers to transition microphone and laptops.

• You will have a corded microphone in your hand for the room and a wireless lapel mic for your presentation recording.

• Your 30 minute presentation is being recorded by a professional videographer, Brian Jerez. He will be giving you your raw video and audio the week after the conference.

What to wear:

• You’re a Queen, wear what makes you feel royal. No preference. It’s your time on stage. Wear what makes you shine.
