Thank you for being a vendor and a vital part of the success of the Connected Queens Conference.

All events take place in the hotel ballroom located on the first floor across from the breakfast lounge off the main lobby. (Note valet is $25 for the day. Best rate downtown.)

Dates:
Fri, Oct 16th to Sun, Oct 18th, 2026
Friday night networking and vendors: 7-9pm
Saturday speaker presentations and vendors: 8:30am - 4pm

Vendor Schedule:

Fri, Oct 16th:
5 - 7pm - Setup table and space at the Drury Plaza Hotel ballroom, located on the first floor across from the lounge. (If you come in the front door, you’ll step into the lobby then turn left for the ballroom.) 

7-9pm Friday Night Networking event 

Come and join the attendees for a circle of introductions. I have Mad Libs style postcards to make introductions easy, fun, and zippy. Everyone has a chance to introduce themselves.

After the introductions, meet the attendees as they circulate in the room and see your table and space.

9pm - Done for the day. Rest. 

Sat, Oct 17th:
8:30am - arrive at Drury Plaza ballroom.

8:30am - 4pm Speaker Presentations, vendors, and lunch
8:30am - Atlantis opens conference and welcomes everyone
9am - Speaker 1
10am - Speaker 2
11am - Speaker 3
Noon to 2pm - lunch, vendor shopping, and networking
2pm - Speaker 4
3pm - Speaker 5

4pm - 5pm Vendors final hour before cleanup and departure

5 pm - Done for the day. Clean-up and departure. See you at the next Queens Conference!
