Imagine putting it all aside for a week - bills, laundry, dishes, work, housekeeping and social obligations.
You wake up in a house in a mountain forest with breakfast waiting for you. Your day opens quietly, at your own pace. There's time in the morning to move and stretch or sleep in and rest. In the middle of the day, there is breathwork meditation and maybe a visit to walk in the meadows or by the volcanic lake. You have time to learn about the area and time to be free and explore.
And with you are women, sisters you have yet to meet, who are walking and exploring with you. It's a small group. We don't rush anywhere. We all arrive in our own way. But we don't miss any meals. Every day has a designated time for repose before dinner. Every night is open-ended. We sit, watch the fire, and let our words flow when they need to.
Our guides are the nature beings who live on the mountain and friendly dragons. We will also listen and be guided by the spirits of the land on three sacred site - Pluto’s Cave, Panther Meadows, and Castle Lake.* Guided meditations will be balanced with free time to explore our own experiences.
Welcome to the women's retreat in Mount Shasta, California. There's room for you.

Or, 27 Reasons to Come to My Retreat
People who attended the Brave Healer Writer's Retreat in May 2024 where given the opportunity
to write a note to express their feedback about the event to the facilitators.
I created a fire ceremony for the retreat. And spent time coaching people
who happened to be sitting with me at meals or walking on the grounds and asked to talk with me.
Here are the notes published with their permission.
