Both! Class meets live on Zoom once per week for 24 weeks. The lectures have been recorded and will be emailed after class with summary and supplemental materials.

The Academy program runs every year from mid-January to the first week of July.
Classes are held every Wednesday at 2pm EST and 7pm EST. Choose which class time works best for you. Lectures are identical. But each cohort has it’s own energy. The group influences the teachings. -
Yes, the program is setup in two week cycles:
Lectures (first week) where material is introduced and
Practicums (second week) where we practice the techniques and dive deeper into the material.So, missing a week means you can watch the recorded lecture, practice on your own, and bring your questions to the next class.

For students in the Option 1 (full program), a one-to-one session is available every four weeks.
Those six sessions give you time to master intuitive techniques, receive private guided meditations, and ask questions.
My private coaching practice is closed, so investing in the Option 1 (full program) is the only way to work with me in a personal session. -
