Women’s Retreats
Spiritual Tourist
Come alive in Sisterhood
Imagine exploring new places with a curated experience focused on great food, walking at your own pace, meditating on sacred land, and never washing dishes.
It’s where breathwork and cacao ceremonies meets walking through neolithic stone circles and shopping for local souvenirs. Afternoon tea meets witchy woo.
My vision for retreats is to have enough to do to feel excited and enough room for rest, enjoying the company of women on the trip. When women come together, they become vulnerable, soft, and supported. That’s when transformation begins. I call it Spiritual Tourism.
Past Retreats
This page is a photo album of past retreats to give you a sense of future retreats, but no two are the same even when we travel to the same place at the the same time of year. Each group is a unique circle of magic.
I’ll explain my role (Visionary, Facilitator, etc), where we traveled, and any exceptional notes. (like great bakery cafes)

Past Retreats, Events, and Group Experiences
Every past experience is like another pearl on our necklace. We hold each one and smile, remembering the joy of escaping our normal routines to play in the world.
Spiritual Tourist - UK Ladies Retreat
Charney Manor Retreat Center
Oxfordshire, England
My Role: Visionary and Facilitator
Notes: The 900 year old manor house is worth the trip. We loved the personal care from the chef and kitchen staff, the pear trees in season, the luxurious rooms, and the quiet. We traveled to Avebury to see the neolithic stones and Rollwright Stone Circle for a Dragon meditation. In between we enjoyed a shamanic journey, cacao, and a fire ceremony.
Brave Healer Productions Writer’s Retreat
Honors Haven Conference Center
Catskills, NY
My Role: Fire Ceremony Facilitator
Notes: The venue is located on a larger property that was part of an iconic 1960s hotel called the Nevele Grand Hotel the fell into ruin. It’s a strange vibe. Honors Haven website

Breathwork Supplies
“Comfort and safety first, transformation second,” is what I like to say. Bring what you need to be warm, supported, and cozy — a nest to rest.
Here are some recommendations:
Thick blanket(s) and pillow
Floor mat and bolster if you need lower back support
Water bottle
Journal and pen or coloring pencils
Eyemask or scarf to cover your eyes
Light snack for after breathwork if you are sensitive to hypoglycemia
Breathwork Dates
Upcoming breathwork dates are listed on the Events page. If you are interested in me bringing a breathwork event to your group or retreat, please book a call or email me.
