​​Combining circular, connected, holotropic breathing, energizing music, and writing processing, this ceremony creates an invitation into inner awareness and energy shifts. No prior breathwork experience needed. Breathe until you're surprised. 

We will drink cacao as we journal or create a drawing about our experience. Then more cacao while we share and process in a circle.

Would you like to start writing, polish your writing, or maybe just give yourself an excuse to practice writing on paper and out loud? It's powerful work. Cathartic. It can feel dangerous. And naughty. Come spend an hour remembering how fun it is to play with language with a professional writer and writing coach. No previous writing experience necessary.
