Shamanic Breathwork:
The ceremony is a sacred container created by experienced facilitators trained to safely hold you both physically and energetically so you can access your inner realms and do deep transformational work. As a participant, you will embark on a special journey to meet yourself in an intimate group setting (this event is limited to 20 people + 2 facilitators). The intentional combination of intense circular breathing, chakra-activating music, and art processing can help you discover the path to your own healing. Possible experiences include everything from deep serenity to euphoria, somatic and emotional release, the resurfacing and processing of difficult past experiences, and visions and encounters. Cacao and Ecstatic Dance:
The heart opening cacao ceremony is purposefully paired to follow Shamanic Breathwork, allowing you time to stay in the sacred container and reflect on your experience. The cacao ceremony combines ceremonial cacao (think Earthy hot chocolate) with a specific playlist that gently increases from meditative to more energetic then back to reflective. The ceremony is silent, allowing you to connect with your heart as you move to gentle rhythms and find your own expression of unconditional love. No previous experience with cacao or embodied dance needed. Pure, unmixed cacao available for anyone with allergies or sensitivities to the ingredients. Your investment of $110 includes Shamanic Breathwork ceremony, art processing and supplies, cacao & ecstatic dance, and group Zoom call the following week.
Follow-up Support:
Shamanic Breathwork can be an intense experience. Group processing is an important part included in every session. Once the journey is over and you go home, expect it will take some work on your own to integrate and understand your experience. Give it some time. Within a week of the event, the facilitators will hold a free Zoom call to come back together and process again as a group.
Private Follow-up Support:
Integrating your experience is the most important part of the work. If you feel you need support beyond the group call, we are here to help. Private follow-up sessions between you and the facilitators are available at an additional cost of $225/90 min session or $600/3, 90 min sessions where each session addresses one aspect of synthesis - physical, emotional and mental.
