Cohorts:
After each call, I'll create a cohort for anyone who wants to take the topic deeper.
The cohort progresses through a 3-week coaching intensive:
daily support and guidance, journal prompts, optional ceremonial activities,
and one group call per week at a mutually agreed time.
After the three weeks, the cohort will either recommit to another three weeks
on a continuous, ongoing basis or disband. Cohort minimum is 3 members.
Rate: $75/3 weeks of coaching
(can be divided into 3 payments)

Lakeview Cemetery in Cleveland, Ohio has a hidden gem in it's English gardens and memorial statues - a chapel with walls of mosaic colored glass depicting the Old and New Testament figures crowned by a Tiffany stained glass window, The Divine Promise. Breathwork in the chapel followed by cacao a short walk up the hill at a statue of Mother Mary.

A night where ladies can drink ceremonial hot chocolate (called cacao) and dance to their heart's delight without getting hit on, and still be in bed by 9:30pm. Sacred yes! This event is for ladies who are female, identify as female, trans or non-binary. Sober event. Lock-in style. Doors open at 6:45pm and close at 7pm. We dance under nebula lights to worldbeat music playlist and walk a sacred Rose of Sophia labyrinth set up on the floor. Ceremonial hot chocolate is unprocessed ceremonial cocoa mixed with nutmilks and spices. Raw cacao also available on-site for anyone with food sensitivities. This event brings us together to drink in a ceremonial space and connect our hearts through love, music, and movement. Limit 40 people. $20.

Walk into a forest on a medicine walk, a healing journey with a Shaman. As we walk in silence, we connect to the spirits of the trees, air, and moving water in a local forest with a well-worn path. Each person will have the opportunity to connect and receive a personal message from a meditation tree. I will lead a drumming ceremony with the intention of releasing one limiting belief as you lay on the forest floor and connect to Pacha-Mama, Mother Earth.
